What would be the best hour to make Duaa on Jummah day?

On Friday, there is a special hour, during which Duaa is answered and blessings are poured.

He “saw” said:” On Friday there is an hour when, if a Muslim happens to pray at that time and ask Allah for something good, He will give it to him.”   al-Bukhari (5295) and Muslim (852)

Then he made a sign with his hands, showing that it a very short period of time.

There are numerous opinions as to the exact hour of Friday during which this occurs, but two opinions are the strongest: when the Imam sits down between the two khutbahs until the end of the khutbah, and after the ‘Asr prayer until the maghrib prayer.

Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy on him, preferred the second opinion over the first, because of the following hadith:

He “saw” said: “Friday is twelve hours in which there is no Muslim who asks Allah for something but He will give it to him, so seek the last hour after ‘Asr.” [Classed as authentic by al-Albani].

It is also worth mentioning that apart from making Duaa and sending a lot of blessings upon the Prophet (saw), it is incumbent to not engage in idle talk.

Allah's Messenger (saw) said, "When the Imam is delivering the Khutba, and you ask your companion to keep quiet and listen, then no doubt you have done an evil act."

This prohibition also applies to responding to a question about Islam, let alone any other kind of speech that has to do with worldly matters.

It was narrated that Abu’l-Darda’ said: “The Prophet (saw) sat on the minbar and addressed the people, and he recited a verse. Ubayy ibn Ka’b was next to me, so I said to him: “O Ubayy, when was this verse revealed?” But he refused to speak to me, so I asked him again and he refused to speak to me, until the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came down (from the minbar). Then Ubayy said to me: “You have gained nothing from your Jumu’ah except idle talk.” When the Messenger of Allah (saw) had finished (the prayer), I went to him and told him (what had happened). He said: “Ubayy was right. When you hear your imam speaking, then keep quiet and listen attentively until he has finished.”

'Abd Allah b. 'Amr al-'As reported the Prophet (saw) as saying: “Whoever washed himself on Friday and applies perfume of his wife if she has one, and wears good clothes and does not step over the necks of the people (in the mosque to sit in the front row) and does not indulge in idle talk during the sermon, that will atone (for his sins) between the two Fridays. But he who indulges in idle talk and steps over the necks of people (in the mosque), that (Friday) will be for him like the noon prayer.”
